Q: What is Space Roast Coffee?
A: Space Roast Coffee is a premium coffee brand that specializes in providing uniquely roasted coffee beans ethically sourced from the highest quality beans found across the galaxy. We craft our coffee to create a truly out-of-this-world experience for coffee lovers.
Q: Are Space Roast Coffee beans organic and fair trade?
A: At Space Roast Coffee, we prioritize sustainability and ethical practices. While not all of our beans are certified organic and fair trade, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing and sustainable farming practices whenever possible.
Q: Can I visit Space Roast Coffee's physical store?
A: Currently, Space Roast Coffee is an online-only retailer. However, we are actively working on expanding our reach, and we hope to be in local grocery stores, health food stores, and restaurants across the SpaceCoast soon.
Q: Will I receive my coffee and merch at the same time?
A: Our coffee is roasted and packaged in house daily and will be mailed within 3 days of purchase. Brevard County residents may receive internal courier delivery service Monday-Saturday. Our merchandise is POD (print on demand) and may arrive a few days after the coffee. You will receive email notifications along the way.
Q: Are the coffee bags recyclable?
A: Yes, the BAGS are recyclable, but the labels are not. Please remove the labels and then recycle the bag appropriately.
Q: Can I return or exchange my coffee beans or merchandise if I'm not satisfied?
A: We take pride in providing a stellar coffee experience to our customers. Please review our return policy located on the bottom left of the website footer.
Q: How do I cancel my coffee subscription?
A: Coffee subscriptions can be cancelled under your customer account 24 hours before the next shipment.
The customer will receive an email notification automatically. Canceling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order if that order has already been shipped.
Q: How do I cancel/manage/edit/change my coffee subscription?
A: Customers who buy subscription products can view and manage their subscriptions from their customer account. After logging in, they click My account, and then Subscriptions.
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click a subscription to view its details, including:
The next order date
Product price (excluding shipping and taxes)
Subscription frequency
Order history
Saved billing and shipping information
Cancelling Subscriptions
Coffee subscriptions can be cancelled under your customer account 24 hours before the next shipment.
In order to delay your subscription please email us at Support@spaceroastcoffee.co
To update their payment information or change their billing address, they click Payment method, and then Add new payment method.
To change the subscription shipping address, customers must cancel the subscription and resubscribe using different shipping details.
To manage subscriptions, customers can also click the Manage subscription link in the order email. This opens a new tab or window where they can log into their account.
